This Do Not Call Policy explains how Cosmo Suite LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") complies with federal and state Do Not Call regulations and how users of Sonafone ("Service") must comply with these requirements.
Our Commitment
Cosmo Suite LLC is committed to respecting consumer privacy and complying with all applicable Do Not Call laws and regulations, including:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)
- State Do Not Call laws
- FCC regulations
National Do Not Call Registry
What Is the Do Not Call Registry?
The National Do Not Call Registry is a free service managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) that allows consumers to opt out of receiving telemarketing calls.
- Consumers can register at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222
- Registration does not expire
- Numbers are added to the registry within 31 days of registration
Our Company Policy
Cosmo Suite LLC does NOT engage in outbound telemarketing calls. We do not:
- Cold call potential customers
- Use autodialers for marketing
- Make unsolicited sales calls
- Sell or share phone numbers with telemarketers
User Responsibilities
If You Use Sonafone for Business Calling
If you use Sonafone to make business calls, you must comply with all Do Not Call regulations:
Before Making Telemarketing Calls
You MUST:
- Check the National Registry: Scrub your call lists against the National Do Not Call Registry
- Access the Registry: Telemarketers can access the registry at telemarketing.donotcall.gov
- Update Regularly: Update your call lists at least every 31 days
- Maintain Internal Lists: Keep your own Do Not Call list of people who request not to be called
Do Not Call Registry Exemptions
Certain calls may be exempt from Do Not Call requirements:

| Existing Business Relationship | Customers who purchased within past 18 months |
| Written Permission | Consumers who gave prior written consent |
| Non-Commercial Calls | Calls not made for commercial purposes |
| Tax-Exempt Organizations | Political and charitable calls (some exemptions) |
| Surveys | Pure survey calls (not disguised sales) |
Important: Exemptions are narrow. When in doubt, do not call numbers on the Do Not Call Registry.
Maintaining Your Internal Do Not Call List
If you make any outbound calls using Sonafone, you must:
- Honor Opt-Out Requests: Add anyone who requests not to be called to your internal list
- Process Quickly: Honor requests within a reasonable time (no more than 30 days)
- Keep Records: Maintain your Do Not Call list for at least 5 years
- Apply Company-Wide: Your internal list applies to all agents and campaigns
Prohibited Practices
When using Sonafone, you must NOT:

Receiving Unwanted Calls
If You Receive Unwanted Calls
If you receive unwanted telemarketing calls:
- Register: Add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry
- Ask to be Removed: Tell the caller to put you on their Do Not Call list
- Document: Note the date, time, company name, and phone number
- Report: File a complaint with the FTC

File a Complaint
Report unwanted calls to:
- FTC: reportfraud.ftc.gov
- FCC: consumercomplaints.fcc.gov
- State Attorney General: Contact your state AG's office
Reporting Violations by Sonafone Users
If You Receive Unwanted Calls from a Sonafone User
If you believe someone is using Sonafone to make illegal telemarketing calls:
- Document the Call: Note date, time, caller ID, and what was said
- Report to Us: Email support@sonafone.com with details
- File Official Complaints: Report to the FTC and FCC
- Don't Engage: Hang up and do not provide personal information
How We Respond
When we receive reports of Do Not Call violations by our users:
- Investigation: We investigate all credible reports
- Account Review: We review the reported account's call patterns
- Action: Violations may result in account suspension or termination
- Cooperation: We cooperate with law enforcement investigations
Penalties for Violations

- Permanent ban from Sonafone
